At a minimum we need to collect your name and your email address, but there are additional optional fields in the database that you may wish to complete to ensure the correct attribution of your data (these include: your organisation, phone number, your website and your address).
What do we use your information for?
When you submit your data to Ocean Models, we save a copy of the completed template spreadsheet on a privately shared folder within Dropbox. Only the Ocean Models team have access, which is controlled by the lead scientist Andy Davies. This template is parsed to a PostgreSQL database hosted by Ocean Models with data served to visitors through the website.

No, we use no cookies of any description on our site.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
